„Human resource management” course
Between November 22-24, 2022, the „Management of human resources” course took place, within the CRESC project, and during the 3 days of the course, the following topics were presented and debated:
• Human resources management (HRM) – introduction and definitions;
• Human resources planning within the organization;
• Recruitment and selection: principles of recruitment policy, stages of recruitment, job description, necessity and obligations, preparation of job description, selection stages, appointment decision, etc.;
• Employment and integration into the organization: information upon employment – mandatory document, internal regulations of the organization, collective labor contract, preparation of the individual labor contract, personnel file – specific content and form, employee motivation, legislative news – 2022-2023;
• Performance evaluation;
• Professional training;
• Obligations of the employer – occupational medicine, occupational health and safety, occupational protection;
• Less pleasant situations – labor conflicts;
• Projects and financing – what we must pay attention to when developing a project, from the point of view of human resources, etc.
The participants received with interest all the information provided by the trainer during the course, they were actively involved and responded promptly to the challenges.
