The Filantropia Federation, as the promoter of the „CRESC – Capacity, Responsibility, Efficiency, Sustainability and Quality through organizational development” project, had the great pleasure to invite you to the online seminar on the Zoom platform, Friday, October 28, 2022, starting at 09.00 regarding the exchange of best practices in organizational development. During the event, the intermediate results of the organizational development process of the Filantropia Federation and 5 member NGOs were presented, on two main components: organizational evaluation and strategic planning.
Participating organizations were also invited to contribute to the discussions by sharing their own experience in the field of organizational development.
